FIL Executive Board carries out and checks the scientific and economic activity of the Foundation, in basis of the directives of the Steering Committee.

It is composed of the President, the Vice-President (President-elect for the next two years), the Treasurer (who performs activities related to the financial report) and two other members elected by the Steering Comitee and nominated by the President for specific charges.
