The T lymphomas<\/strong> belongs to a group of less common diseases that affect the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>lymphatic system,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0or rather cells and tissues that are responsible for defending the body against external agents and disease and to ensure proper circulation of fluids in the body.
\nT Lymphomas<\/strong> are part of the family of Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas (NHL) that can develop into different organs (lymph nodes, but also the stomach, intestine, skin and central nervous system) from\u00a0<\/span><\/span>T lymphocytes<\/span><\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

They include peripheral T lymphomas, cutaneous lymphomas (Lymphomas Cutaneous treated by the Commission), anaplastic large cell lymphoma and lymphoblastic lymphoma<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0<\/span>goals\u00a0<\/span><\/b>of this T Lymphomas Commission<\/strong> are:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Approve proposed retrospective studies in T lymphomas diseases (rare diseases);\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Approve the proposals for prospective clinical trials for patients with T lymphoma at diagnosis or with disease relapse;\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Collaborate with Pathologists and Biological Studies Commissions to improve biological knowledge of the disease through the biobanking.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
